Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store, transmit, or have access to full credit card numbers. Stripe returns a secure tokenized reference only.

B2B Outreach and CAN-SPAM Compliance
Prospectr conducts outbound B2B email campaigns on behalf of clients using lawfully obtained business contact data. All outreach emails include a clear identification of the sender, a physical mailing address, and a functional unsubscribe mechanism as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Data Retention

Client campaign data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 36 months afterward, unless a shorter or longer period is agreed upon in writing. SMS / Text Message Communications
Transactional SMS
By providing your mobile phone number through any Prospectr website form, sign-up flow, or intake questionnaire, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Prospectr Marketing Inc. via 10-digit long code (10DLC). These messages may include:
- Confirmation that your inquiry or brief submission was received;
- Follow-up from a Prospectr team member regarding your campaign inquiry;
- Appointment or call reminders;
- Lead delivery notifications if you are an active Prospectr client;
- Billing confirmations and account alerts;
- Service status updates and deliverability alerts.
Message frequency: Transactional messages are event-driven. Frequency varies based on your account activity and campaign status. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.
Marketing SMS
We will only send promotional or marketing SMS if you separately and explicitly opt in. Marketing SMS is never required to receive any Prospectr service or to submit an inquiry.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any SMS from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-subscribe. To opt out of transactional SMS, email privacy@prospectrdigital.com with your mobile number and “SMS OPT-OUT” in the subject line. For help, reply HELP or email info@prospectrdigital.com.
TCPA compliance
Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC carrier registration requirements. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any Prospectr product or service.
