Prospectr Marketing Inc., doing business as Prospectr Digital, respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to make that request for any data we hold about you, including data we received through Facebook, Instagram, Meta Lead Ads, Custom Audiences, or any Meta app or Business Tool operated by Prospectr or by a client we serve.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@prospectrdigital.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address and phone number you used with us and, if you know it, the business, ad, or website you responded to. If your request relates to a Facebook or Instagram account, include the name on that account so we can match Meta lead records.
We confirm receipt within 2 business days and may ask you to verify that the email or phone number is yours.

What we delete

Your contact record and any form, quote, or lead submission in our systems and CRM
Your entry in any Custom Audience or customer list we uploaded to Meta or Google on a client's behalf
Lead Ad data Meta transferred to us
Notes, messages, and call or text history tied to your record

We also ask the client who received your inquiry to delete their copy. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records or a record that you asked not to be contacted, and we keep that record solely so we can honor your request.

Timing and confirmation

Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request, and we email you a confirmation when it is done. Data already sent to Meta or Google is deleted from our accounts there; the platforms retain their own logs under their policies (see the Meta Privacy Policy).

If you connected through a Meta app

You can also remove Prospectr's app from your Facebook account: Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find the app, and choose Remove. That stops any further data sharing, but it does not delete data we already received, so please also email us using the steps above.
